About AC Management

AC Management AS was established in mid-2020, with the sole purpose of managing Altitude Capital AS.

The company holds a license to manage alternative investment funds from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.

There are currently three employees in AC Management AS, and the company is owned by two of these, with Grunde Eriksen being the majority shareholder.

Grunde Eriksen – Managing Director & Founder

Grunde Eriksen started his career in Enskilda Securities, where he for the most part was located in London and worked in the ECM division.

In 2007, Eriksen joined Mads Syversen and several others in establishing the independent investment bank Arctic Securities, which today holds a leading position in Norway.

In Arctic Securities Eriksen held the position of Intl. Equity Sales from 2007 to 2016.

In late 2016,  Eriksen founded Altitude Capital, where he today remains the largest shareholder. Eriksen is Chairman Of The Board in Rentelligent Group AS (Husleie.no) and has previous experience as a board member of a publicly traded company.

Truls L. Røysland – Analyst & Partner

Truls Langmo Røysland started his career in 2015 as an analyst in the Equity Research department of ABG Sundal Collier, where he primarily covered the financial sector.

In 2018, Røysland joined SEB, leading their research coverage of the Norwegian financial sector. Truls Røysland joined AC Management in September 2020.

He holds a master’s degree in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and has experience from board work through his position as board member in Adminkit AS.

Olav Skjervheim – Head of compliance and risk management

Olav Skjervheim oversees Risk management & Compliance at AC Management. He has held positions within the financial services industry for more than 30 years. Besides working for us he also works as an independent consultant. Olav has (among others) been working for Swedbank / First Securities, SpareBank 1 Markets & Obligo Investment Management AS.
